Here are some easy ways to transfer iTunes library to another computer.
Method 1:
One of the easy ways is to use iPod to help transfer. And transfer method varies according to different situations:
1) If all your songs were purchased from iTunes store, when you plug your iPod into another computer, it will ask you if you want to "Transfer Purchases". Click it and it transfers perfectly. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329
2) If some of your songs were from other souces, like CDs etc, you will need to use some iPod transfer program to help you transfer all. This is how I did. I used this iPod transfer program on this. The whole process goes as follows:
Firstly free download this program and install it on your computer. When you plug your iPod to the computer, this program will instantly display all songs and videos on the iPod.You simply select what you wish to transfer and click "Copy" button. Done. All your selected files will be copied to your computer completely and safely. Now you can easily add those songs and videos to your iTunes library.

More importantly, this won't overwrite any original files on your iPod. And all song names are preserved.
Here is step-by-step guide on how to transfer music/videos from iPod to computer and iTunes.
Method 2:
The Second way is to use this iTunes to iTunes transfer program to help you transfer.
It is a backup tool for backup your iTunes or transfer it to another PC.It supports iTunes backup, iTunes restore, backup scan and backup update. You can also import a backup to restore your iTunes. It can help you a lot when you want to transfer your itunes to another computer.
Method 3:
Besides, you can also burn the iTunes files into disc if your iTunes library is not too large.
