Re: Download any video from Youtube, Metacafe some apps/services have been mentioned earlier in this thread..but ill mention them in the sense of how they run with the other product im showing everyone.. . also get acala 3gp converter and acala 3gp dvd ripper great freeware for converting to mobile phone size and good-great quality of audio and visual  also if you want use vixy.net for quick downloading of youtube/google videos and then use goto sourceforge.net and search for the free flv converter hence convert to avi, then convert to 3gp using acala 3gp converter easy as that and enjoyhappy hunting
