hi. im just a newbie here. im having difficulty downloading apps. is it true that i need to make 10 posts before i can download? i hope not. this site is very useful, but if thats the rule. people will move away. please advise.

I have done 12 posts, and yet i cant download ANYTHING >.<

I still cant download anything even with 13 posts >.< They have turned this site gay no offence
