use phone as a wireless modem/dongle

ok i have a pc, a nokia e51 and a livebox router oh and a usb data cable.

Now i can my mobile to the pc using the cable, and can also access the internet through the phone, but this is paid access via the 3G wap access of the phone.

Now I have a wireless network at home and the phone is wifi enabled. Ican access the internet through wifi on the phone itself.

So what i want to know is if it possible to access the wireless network ON THE PC through the mobile. I.e. the pc is using the mobile as a kind of dongle. so the pc access's the internet (fast speed) by utilising the phones inbuilt wifi .
