Retriving Cell IDs on PC

I want to retrive list of all cell IDs through which my mobile passes during journey. Does anyone has software that can retrieve this for me? Actual requirement of software is that it should work in live environment. I want to retrieve cell IDs constantly on regular time intervals by connecting my mobile to my laptop.

My Cell is s60 edition, N70 phone...

Could anyone help me please??
