Problem with symantec antivirus in nokia n70

Can any body help me in sorting out the problem regarding norton antivirus,
i have installed in my nokia n70 phone it took update and is valid till next 2 years from the date of installation, then due to some reasons i format my
phone ,there after i once again installed the same antivirus but this time it shows subscription over and it is not taking update even i can not go inside the application.
if anybody help me in sorting out this problem i will be very much thankful to them.
