Can Anybody This Dictionary? If Yes, Or No, Reply Pls.

Hello to everybody who will view my post!
I have just found this English-Albanian dictionary on google.com ( the site is http://www.handlesoft.com/dictionary.htm, where there are some other good dictionaries) and I terribly need this dic. for my mobile. I installed it and it's a trial version. It has all the words but it translates only 40% of them.
Does anybody knows any trick, or something else? When you open it on the phone it does not show any register option.I would be really grateful as I would find such dictionary nowhere. Please do something for me!!!

NOBODY CAN'T HELP ME IN THIS DICTIONARY?
