- associated to .MP3 files;
- full support for Bluetooth headsets.
Mp3 files
For the best quality, use 16kHz mp3 files, especially for Nokia 6600s and 7610s.
Nokia 7650 has a limited memory, therefore it is recommended to use low bitrate and frequency files, e.g. 32kbits, 8kHz.
Volume
Move the joystick up or down to increase/decrease the volume level. If the volum is too soft even at the maximum, increase the PreAmp is Settings.
Playlist
In order to play the files after each other, or randomly, you must load the list of files (go to 'Files' tab), and start a track there.
Fast forward and rewind
Mp3Player enables an easy-to-use, continuous fast forward and rewind. Just press the ABC (Nokia 3650, 7650) or
(Nokia 6600, 7610) or SHIFT (Siemens SX-1) button, and navigate to the exact position using the joystick (left or right). The correct position may be easily determined using the elapsed time diplay and the progress bar.Settings
Playlist repeating: repeat the playlist or stop when all files have been already played.
Playlist shuffling: songs come in a random order after each other.
Bluetooth headset: switch this on and restart the program if you want to use your Bluetooth headset .
Screen always on: the screen will not go to standby when playing.
Preamplification: if the sound is too soft, increase this value, and then restart the program.
ID3 charset: you can display speacial accented characters in the title/author of mp3 files. For Latin-1, use ISO 8859-1; the list of common character sets are listed in help.
