Nokia 3250, N80, N91 and other OS 9.1 phones compatibility with .sisx files

A new wave of new nokia phones has come that brings new inovations in the symbian OS software. this new OS 9.1 is very diferent from the previous versions.

The symbian OS 9.1 doesn´t suport .sis files, it only suports a diferent kind of extended sis files named .SISX.
so far there are no such apps with this extention and acording to latest news it will still take sometime until they start being developed.

Games is ok. i have tried some games. A few games with .JAR that works.

2. Sonic the Hedgehog 2D
3. TouchLink Mobile, Trivial Chicken
4. Seibu Kaihatsu Raiden II
5. Who wans to be a millionaire
6. Tom and Jerry Food fight
7. Capone Casino 3D
8. Acient Empirer2
9. Quest for alliance 2
10. Zuma
11. Gaming Pineapple Rainbow Island

.JAR 3rd party software that can be use.

1. Factbook v 2.4

u can search for the game in this forum. And most of them work in full screen.

As for the software, symbian 9.1 is too young. developer are still working on the 3rd party application.

Can the .sisx files used on N70 also or it is restricted only for OS 9.1.

Sisx file are used for latest version of the OS 9.1 or 3rd Edition mobile..
Sis file are used for symbian 60 series phone

You can not use sisx file for N70 phone, it is only for OS 9.1
