Symantec Mobile Security Virus Definition Feb 03/2006

For Latest Updates and virus definition march 02/2006

New virus definition

To apply update:

I might suggest you to disable your symantec first before applying the update.

Inside this zip archive you will find another 2 files (savce.def & script.dis)

You should copy only this files to c:\system\apps\symcs (overwrite them)

hi adeeb.. much as i want to upgrade the virus definition but i really don't know how to find that c:\system\apps\symcs and overwrite them.. please help me how or if there's any software needed to be able to update it.. i'd appreciate it so much. thanks. btw, i'm using nokia pc suite for my 6680.. please tell me how.. thanks again..

For doing this u need to install Fxplorer which is posted in this GSM Hacks already.after tht using PC suite send the virus def. two file to OTHER folder and thn cut it using fxplorer paste it in c:\system\apps\symcs ....using the help of attached images.....and paste it there....its very simple and thn restart ur phone .....done!
