We all use cell/mobile phones to communicate with our personal and business contacts.
The main objective for most of us is to remain in touch with our friends and business associates/customers. It is no secret, well-timed communications result in better relationship and better results.
InTouch enhances the process of remaining in contact by allowing you to be PROMPTED to schedule/arrange future calls.
There are many situations where Just In Time scheduling of Calls is required:
You need to keep in touch with your personal contacts to say Hello, wish them birthday/Season's greetings, invite them and don't want to forget about it,
You have dialed your contact number and you found it busy or did not answer it ,
You need to keep in touch more often with your BUSINESS contacts to maintain relationship, request for business, follow up for payments, invite them to your functions, follow up for deliveries etc, and don't want to forget about it,
You have just ended incoming call which needs you to respond/provide information at a later date/time and don''t want to forget about it.
InTouch allows to schedule your calls:
Immediately after making or receiving your calls OR
From the phonebook-first time calls,
From the scheduled calls-already listed calls, however, not due yet OR
At a later date/time.
All calls have options to include subject text or select subjects from your own templates.
How InTouch can keep you in touch with your personal and business contacts like never before!
When making a call or receiving a call using InTouch, InTouch prompts you with a pop up message "Dial Contact Last Call subject so and so, Name of contact, Do you want to call Again" with Options Yes or NO.
If you choose Yes then the application allows you to select Date and Time plus you will be able to input Subject, for example"Just to say Hello" or select from your own Template of subjects, for example "Follow up for payment".
You could also choose to either an alarm or silent mode. On due date, InTouch will prompt you either with an alarm or silent prompt to make due call, for example "Do Call,Name of Contact,Subject so and so. Do you want to call?
Depending on your choice InTouch will allow you to call now or snooze it for sometime. InTouch also allows you to set/configure your application according to your choice to manage data, alarm, searching methods, customization of your own subject templates and much more.
