the application is good only for those who r newbies with mobiles. in gallery it simply changes the attributes of files and folders to HIDDEN so that they are not visible in the Gallery.

u can still acces the files using an explorer like Fexplorer.

i think it utilises a similar approach to mail folders & phonebook

it means it is not even 1% safe.

i had another application called media safe or something which used to hide data by moving it to a folder other that the regular one and restoring it whenever required.
that too was very unsafe.
i'm still looking for an application which is safe.

if your talking about epoc nova Media Mafe it does not move the files to another folder.. it encrypts them with a nice algorithm and adds a password..

guys i think it is even better than Best Crypto ..
