Change Iconsize of java Games for 320x240 Displays

I would like to have the same big icons for Java-Games like the SiS Files.
They look awsome and the Java Icons just look pretty small and boring.
I saw in a Java File (opened with WinRAR) that there is a folder called
"Icons", and I Wondered if its possible to replace the small icon with a beautiful bigger one?
Does anybody kows that?
