Why can't i download attachments???

i've tried to dl several attachments, but with no success...

why is that?

Yeah used to be able to download attachments but all of a sudden find that I can't download them anymore.

Would be grateful if anyone could tell us if there's a certain download/post count ratio that we need to satisfy

One answer that I was able to find:
The files have been removed due to copyrights issue. We are working on moderation and the Freeware files with be back in place.
