Forgot the above way to sign the applications as it's totally wrong approach. Actually the best way to avoid this kind of signing hassle is that the developers of these applications would self sign their applications before distribution. In that way we would avoid this kind of signing tied to device IMEs and application would install to all platform devices. If capabilities from the self signing are not enough, free freeware signing would be enough.

only the instal in te phone doesn´t work.... help me! what´s worg? i do the same think are in this post, but when i send to my phone it doesn´t instal... say sometimes the date its past, sometimes other think i can´t remember and i put the date on my phone DD/MM/YYYY. what´s wrog?
Hi, I have a BIG problem. I cant install DevCertRequest on my computer.
Have test on two computers, both running XP Pro (swedish).
Download the DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.exe from Symbiansigned.com
Double click on it - nothing - the hourglass appears next to the cursor for a sec or two.
