Hey Its a bit tiry but it works.For Best Way Out Format Your Phone Without Memory Card Inserted.And Then Format Your Memory Card With Help Of Card Reader With FAT Partition (not FAT32 or FAT16) Leaving Other Options To Default.
Then Paste Those Four Folders of Theme Creator In Your Memory Card And Then Insert To Your Mobile.(Its better to turn your phone off)
Your Mobile Should Show 'Installing'.After That You Are Ready To Go With Your Own Themes On Your Mobile.
It Worked Fine For Me On 3250.Hope It Works For You Too.

The best way to get it workin is format you phone and your memory card.
Follow this way
1 remove your memory card and backup necessary data
2 format your phone *#7370#
3 format your memory card with your card reader to FAT partition not FAT16 or FAT32
4 copy four folders you found in rar archive downloaded here to your memory card.
5 turn off your mobile phone
6 insert your card
7 now turn it on. Your cell should show installing and there you go with you own themes.

thanks a lot man, appreciate it. but i have too many programs in my mobile right now and i'm scared to do some formatting. thanks again anyways. cheers! how about advanced device lock and advanced call manager? any luck with the s? i'll be waiting!
