Question : Why Symbian S60 3rd Can't send .sis to other device?

I'm using Nokia e70, Symbian OS 9.1 S60 3rd.
I'm can't send .sis (application, themes) to other phone via File Manager (bluetooth), i've tried to send it with other apps too, like Y browser, but that just same, it said "Unable to send protected object". I've tried to change .sis file to other extension, like . jpg, but it fail too.
Anyone can help me? Is it only happen to my phone? or the others too?

With my N73 I can send .sis files via File manager. it's not possible to send an installed application, but you can if the original .sis file is on the memory!

You can send .sis files via File Explorer from this app

You install HandyZip to both devices and you can send .sis after achive it to .zip

yes we can send by any means but that wont help for 3rd edition users!

New platform S60v3 supprts only sisx. files not sis files as of S60v1&v2!
