quick help!

I've registered on this sited for about a week ago and also meet the requirements , however I am not able to download any apps or games, the windows pops up saying that it might be due to not having posted more than 10 posts, or violated a rule... what's the problem?  Responses to "quick help!" Re: quick help! Try reading through some (most) of the posts during your first week. Then you'll find that everyone else is facing the same problem.
