Backup/restore Ericsson P800

Hi group

Need to do a backup of my P800, and would like to make a backup of my
contacts ect. Can't get the cabel-connection to work, but infrared
works fine.
Is it possible to do a backup/restore with a infrared connection??
Can't quit figure out how...

Although you can sync & exchange files with IR & BT, you need to connect
with a cable to backup. (at least, that what's I've found with my P800)
