FYI, the t610 does MIDI only. Sounds will be limited to the standard set of
midi instruments. You can download a free version of "anvil studio" which
is a MIDI editor, and that will give you an idea of what is available as far
as sounds. If you get creative you can make all kinds of goofy ringers.

Well, yes and no really I think. The T610 supports .imy format too, which is
the old mono ericsson format, one tone only, you supply the notes ;-). I
could send you some some weirdy .imy files I have which are more like sound
effects than anything else, if you like, Tom. They make use of the vibrate
fucntion and very low tones - I've got a helicopter, a heartbeat, car
alarms, stuff like that. That might be as close as you can get to sfx. If I
unmung the email in your header will that reach you ?
