BT sync with T610

Any one got any ideas why I get duplicate entries in my T261 phone book on
synchronise with Xtend Connect?

How can I prevent this?

probably the phone book entries and the sync source (outlook?) are
different.

Force a full synchronization outlook->T610 OR T610->Outlook first, after
that you can run the standard synchronization where only changes on both
sides gets synced.
