Do you have an IR port on your PC or a laptop with one?

I don't think it's possible to transfer ringtones via IR from SE <-> Nokia
phones. <not sure?>

i have a USB IR port.

What I do to transfer ringtones from a T310 to a Nokia 6800 is this -

upload from a phone to the PC and then send from PC to the other phone.
