I noticed in the paper today SE are going to do a BT remote car. Any ideas
on how, where and when this will be available? The paper says b4 xmas but I
wonder if you get it free with the z600 or something rather than being able
to buy seperately?

I expect this will come out with the Z600 (but not sure), it's suppose to be
limited edition but more will be available if there is the demand and it's
priced at about £50: http://l8shop.net/Products/Original-...R-100-3793.asp
run a search through google "Bluetooth CAR-100" and see what you can find.
Here are some links:

Cheers, CPW says anything up to £100 so something's wrong somewhere. If it's
£50 I'll happily buy one... I wonder if l8shop can change the price if they
want at a later date so I could order now and it'll be £50 for me since I
preordered but more pricey?

I know it's like a match box, The only thing that's big is the price. I
thought when I read about it that it would be the same size as a normal
remote control car, well I thought wrong.
Why do the smallest things cost the most?

Well I'm pleasently surprised by it's size.
Couldn't be much bigger, since you have to charge the car's batteries with
the phone instead of a 110/220V charger.
I suppose you'll have to click the phone on the car like a car handsfree to
charge it?

suppose it like those mini remote control car where you have to charge it
for a couple of minute with its remote?
NOW heres an idea, put a camera on that car!!! and transmit picture back to
your handset as oppose to one with built in. Is bluetooth fast enought for
that type of transmittion?

Yup, that is exactly the kind of size/performance you are looking at. As
you are using a phone joystick, you get forwards, backwards, stop, full
right turn and full left turn.
