Broadcasting business cards via Bluetotooth from T610

It can be quite funny on crowded Tube trains, platforms and escalators
sending business cards (not one's own) to random people whose phones are
permanently Bluetooth-discoverable. Given that they are underground, the
recipients always look very confused about how they could have received a
business card and then start to look around for clues as to where the
message came from.

How easy would it be to write a Java application for the T610 to constantly
search for Bluetooth-enabled phones in the vicinity and then automatically
send a certain business card to all phones that it finds? Then you could
leave your phone in your pocket while all these confused people around you
receive business cards.

.... and kind of ironic that you chose to use the name NoSpam
given that you want to spam people with your business card?
