Signal Bar Colours T68 and T610

Posted: 10-01-2003, 12:20 PM
Hi

My T68 and T610 sometimes show Orange signal strength bars and sometimes
they are Green. Does not matter if I am on my home network or not. Any
idea why? Sony Ericsson have not bothered to reply as usual and OrangeUK
don't have a clue.

Thanks

Graeme Smith

Traffic lights:

RED: 1 bar = bad signal
AMBER: 2 bars = good signal
GREEN: 3 - 5 bars = strong signal

Hope this helps,

3+ bars = Green
2 bars = Amber
1 bar = Red

Spot the reason yet?

Sorry Guys, that is still not the answer.

I never get Red. I get 1 to 5 Orange or 1 to 5 Green! Just tried it again.

Strange.

Might I suggest you have suspect firmware - try with another 68i/610 in your
area if possible and see what happens.
