Called the S.E. main service centre number today (08705 237 237 I think)
& mentioned about this new firmware and the supposed problems with the
old. They said they'd got R3C today(!) & that as far as they knew there
were no problems with R3B (but had no explanation why it took only a
week for a new firmware to appear...)
