p800 firmware question

Hello all,

How do I find out what version of the firmware my p800 has? I read that it
should be in the System Info in the Application list, however, there is no
System Info entry in the Application list, so I'm at a loss...

Also does anyone know any places that upgrade your firmware around Seattle
Washington USA?

When you have the applications list on screen, select "View" from the
menu bar then "System Information". You will then need to click on the black
arrow
