What do you do for security certificate in your phone?

message that my security certificates have expired. As I had to keep
security activated to access on of my required site, I could no longer
even get onto my carrier's WAP network. In the end, I had to delete all
the existing security certificates before I managed to get back on.
My question is, without any security certificates in my phone, is the
connection still secure? Also, how can get update all my security
certificates in my phone? I can't find any info on this anywhere.
Anybody knows anything about this?
