what is the largest size mmc card the ericsson mp3 player will accept? I
have a 32meg that works fine but a 128meg one doesn't.
Any ideas?
Kay

I also have both, and they work.
Try to reformat the 128Mb in FAT format, the other doesn't work with the
player

Can you explain?
I have reformatted it numerous time, but it just comes up with file system
error on the phone. I know the card is not faulty as I've tried it in other
things and it works fine.
Perhaps you could give me a step by step format procedure, so I can check
i'm doing it right.
cheers

When you format the card, make sure that it is formatted as FAT16, not
FAT32 - that *may* solve your problem - but bear in mind that the HPM-10 can
be fussy about what cards it will play with.
How do I format it in FAT 16, my system at home is FAT 32, so I presume it
automatically does it in 32??
cheers

The same way you'd format a floppy disk, but select the file system from the
drop down bos in the requester that should pop up under windows.
