I'll assume you mean T68m to T68i upgrade, since the other way around would
make no sense. If your phone is under warranty, an Ericsson Service Centre
will do the job free of charge. If it's not under warranty, ourselves or
one of the other regulars here would be able to do the job for you.

T68m is the initial release from Ericsson. It was neither able of
sending and receiving MMS nor has it a picture phonebook. This was
added later by firmware upgrades. T68i is the name of the handsets
released under the SonyEricsson-Label later on. These had Picture
Phonebook AND MMS from start on.

So T68i is the newer one.
