T68i and first time bluetooth password problem

system. As I go through the manual I get to the part where it tell me to
Enter a "passkey" Now I am doing this for the very first time and i go to
put in what I think is a new passkey and it rejects the passkey and offers
to retry....which of course gets me nowhere? What is the solution to this?
What passkey it there? Which leads me to another question I have no idea
what the lock code on this phone is or password....how do I find that out???
