No replay email address and the only payment is some unknown crap and
a bank transfer with a Netherlands bank. This just screams scam and I
bet all those trade marks are used without permission.

Someone would have to be a moron to sell those phones for those prices,
including international shipping on top of that. You could easily sell
those models for almost double those prices even for used models. Cripes,
why wouldn't they at least use Pay Pal? Check out "Token Pay's" promising
interest rates too. Then there is the odd selection of phones--a 3390 that
works ONLY in the US as well as other models that don't work in the US at
all. One has to wonder where they are getting such a selection of phones
when they are obviously not paying wholesale prices.
