Any problems with T610s ?

I recently went from a Nokia 8910I to a T610 its a truly amazing phone but
started playing up......battery only lasts about a day but i do check pop3
email on it and stuff, every now and again it completely freezes for 3mins
or so then catches back up again with itself, occasionally screen flickers,
the ring tones all start of quiet to begin with which annoys me and i dont
have it set like that, and my Plantronics M3000 bluetooth headset looses
connection after about 5minutes..........but strangely works perfectly
bluetoothed with my pc..........anyone else having problems like
this.......otherwise phone is great
