I assume you don't have a problem physically typing it. The phone should
have SMS "templates" that you can customize.
My t300 has an option in the message settings to ask if you want a
confirmation after each message (you get a little option window that pops up
and says Y/N?).
If you are having trouble getting the message to send after you add the
prefix, I had trouble with it on T-Mobile until I found out they changed it
to *noti#
