Syncing with Outlook 2003...

FYI For anyone that's trying to sync the T610 with Outlook 2003...it
doesn't work. If you remove all filters for a specific folder it will
(i.e., sync ALL calender items, ALL contacts, ALL tasks) sync OK...but
the second you apply a filter it will fail with a GetModifiedInfo
error.

I ended up making a category called "Phone" in my contacts and copying
those to a subfolder of contacts and synced it that way. I don't sync
the calendar or tasks at all.

Hopefully there will be a patch soon, but I'm not holding my breath.
If anyone has found any other solutions, post them here...

Outlook 2003 isn't out yet though is it? There isn't even a release
candidate version so you are using that beta refresh test version.

I doubt it will actually be called Office 2003 when it's going to be
released at the end of 2003....

Office 2003 has gone gold.
Wont be generally available unil september though.

If this is still a problem - as a workaround for your contacts yo
should be able to use my tool Contacts Synchronizer which lets yo
filter your contacts and you should then be able to sync them to you
phone. Check it out at http://www.tjitjing.com/sync
