Where do you get t68i Firmware Updates from?

Hi

I'm relatively new to this newsgroup and having discovered that it is
possible to update my t68i firmware I'd like to give it a go.

However, I have no information on where to obtain updates from, and the
SonyEricsson site is not very helpful. Can anyone please help?

just visit your nearest SE service point and have your phone flashed
with the latest SW. usually its free if your phone is under warranty
