T610 AMR conversion (voice recording)

Hi folks,

once transferred to the PC, a recorded voice memo or recorded conversation
is saved as xx.AMR

I figured out that Quicktime 6.3 with 3GPPS plugins handles the file, but,
is there another way to convert the amr to mp3 or else or just a WMP plugin
or something ?
