Re: T610 Problem sending MMS

FOr a while I was getting the same regularly on Vodafone. Vodafone Customer
Services tried (over a period of 30 minutes) to get rid of the problem by
setting up a whole new set of settings (and therefore implying that the
Vodafone Live! customisation didn't work!!) only to find out that it made
sod all difference. It quickly became clear that the person I was talking to
had no idea what she was doing, just trying to follow a set of instructions.
Half an hour later, having deleted the new settings, the MMS started working
again on the original settings!

It does seem that the home MMS infrastructure can be a bit unpredictable and
it wouldn't surprise me if the intermittent problem I am getting isn't
restricted to one or two cells.

You could try sending all the settings from the SE website. Go to
http://www.sonyericsson.com/uk/ and click on 'Phone Configurators'

What great timing - my Vodafone MMS and WAP (via GPRS) are screwed again. I
either get "Connecting" then failure or "Check settings"!!

Turns out that even though I was told everything had been set up fine,
Orange hadn't flicked the big MMS switch their side...

That bit looks just fine, can you post the Orange MMS WAP profile settings
though to be sure.

You might be struggling with Orange's GPRS at present, lots of us find it
is flaky and that will include MMS access.
