i exactly have the same problem. i can see the phone, but the phone does not
appear in the phone monitor. but same problem on cable and bluetooth. really
don't know what is...

does your wap connection work? can you browse on the sonyericsson page? if
no, configure your phone for wap. with my company i just went to their
website and then they sent me the configuration by sms, so you just save
that and this is done
