BTW: Similar question on bluetooth

Posted: 06-23-2003, 03:34 AM
Actually, this question can be abstracted to my own ... I got me a Bluetooth
dongle for my t68i and I've got XTND to synch with outlook. However, I
can't figure out how to copy the themes and pictures to and from the phone.
It always fails.

Clues?

Thanks,
Santosh

Santosh

I have a bluetooth dongle on order now and will see how it goes synching
with my T68i and let you know.

Currently I use irDa to load themes to my T68i, and all I do is to push the
file to the phone with Windows irDa applet thing and the phone just asks to
accept, I don't use XTND or anything fancy. I think it's the same with
sending themes from the phone, I just select the file and send via irda to
the PC. I suspect it's the same with bluetooth.

IrDA works fine ... when you send stuff either way, the computer shows this
icon that gives you access to the phone. However on Bluetooth, it's not so
obvious. Regardless, sending to the phone seems straightforward enough.
It's now about sending from the phone that's failing on Bluetooth.

Any clues?
