Sony Ericsson K750i

Bought the phone in Oct 2005. Multiple problems, but usually begins with
the phone receiving calls but not ringing. Many other faults also occur.
Faults occur after 2 days, phone works perfectly for two days. The phone
has been replaced twice, so this is the third phone, all having identical
problems! Problem is corrected by pulling the battery, only to fail 2 days
later.

I submitted the phone again for repairs early last month. It was returned
26 days later, saying they couldn't fault it. I picked it up Friday and it
was working OK. Following the suggestion of some of my previous replies I
got a new SIM card from Telstra, and put in a new Sony memory stick pro duo.

Every 6 hours or there about, I called the mobile. (This has been the
only use) This morning, approximately 2 days after picking up the phone,
it has stopped ringing!!!!!! I went back to the kiosk, but only a temp was
present, but he witnessed the fault and confirmed it was setup correctly.
The owner is on duty tomorrow.

How can it be, three phones all with the same error? All phones fail after
2 days. Bizarre.

Reluctantly, it is time to screw the retailer, who is not at fault, and
demand a refund. :-)
