SE K700i webcam

I have download and instal it, but I have same troubles.
My phone and PC are connected via bluetooth adapter (USB), and I can't no
idea how to get picture on PC.
What port use bluetooth?

What USb adapter are you using?

I am using Billionton. The software that came with has functionality to
transfer pictures from phone to PC.
