[V800] Update Service do not start

the firmware on my V800, but that doesn't start!
this is the step I have done:
1) Connected the phone to computer via the normal usb cable
2) Installed all necessary drivers
3) Installed Update Service
4) Restart the phone with "<" pressed
5) Installed the new drivers (EPIUSB)
6) Restarted computer
7) Clicked Update Service icon on my desktop
and nothing happen!
What I should do?
