W800i Phonebook IrDA Problem

Hi,
have the W800i for 2 weeks now.
When attemting to download the whole phonebook via IrDA using AT
commands (e.g. with hyperterminal, which is supplied with Windows),
the W800i transmits only a selection of the available entries, and
each time another.
Mostly the entries of #1 up to #13 (sometimes up to #25) and then
again starting from storage location #100 are transferred. I've
downloaded the specifications for this phone, but it is (allegedly)
ETSI conformal.
This is a BUG - isn't it? Is the problem well-known?
The software-Version of the phone is R1N035.

maybe not what you want, but have you tried sending the phonebook from
the handset to the PC instead of pulling it from the PC?

First of all, try upgrading the firmware to R1AA008 - they've fixed IRDA
issues, so perhaps it will work after this.

Go to sonyericsson.com and download the SEUS (sony ericsson update service)
files and let us know.
