No, that's the standard data cable for the T610.

Nope. A "Bluetooth Dongle" is a small device (usually USB and about the
size of your thumb) which connects to your computer and allows you to
communicate with various devices via a radio connection. The devices need to
support bluetooth too (which the T630 does)
The advantage of bluetooth is that it connects over a reasonable range
(at least a few metres or more depending on the devices and conditions)
without any physical connection between the devices. Also it will work with
devices from amny different manufacturers.
Prices for "Bluetooth Dongles" are pretty low these days. The only real
downsides are that they can be a bit fiddly to set up sometimes and
switching on bluetooth support on the remote device (e.g your mobile phone)
uses a bit more battery than if it is switched off.
