Help with my sony ericsson z500a

hi, i was finally able to connect my cell phone and to download pic
from my pc to the cell phone. i have a few problems though, i have
sony ericsson z500a

1, the pics i uploaded to the phone go to my "templates" how do i mov
them to "my picture"? or is there somewhere i can change the setting s
the pics are downloaded to "my pictures"?
2. i believe i saw somewhere that i can only use the SE program tha
comes with the cable to download pics from PC to my phone but i can
use it vice versa. that one can use FMA to download pictures from phon
to PC. now i d/loaded the FMA but it wont connect or whatever it
supposed to do. it worked once but isnt working any longer
