S700i - invalid certificate

Hi,

can someone tell me please why i cant install this [1] TLS/SSL
certificate on my S700i (Firmware: R3B032 prgCXC 125935_EU1_T)?

After transmitting it via Bluetooth, the phone says "invalid
certificate" - but its valid. The format is DER, with a .cer
extension.
