Icon on P800

I often see an icon on my P800 which is not in the manual (or, at least, not
in the versions I have downloaded). It's a handset, similar to the 'call
divert' and 'missed calls' ones, but with a red cross. What it for?

It means that calls out are not available (usually network issues)
