Remote control

I´ve just bought a K700i for testing it as a remote control to MediaPlayer
in a PC. It works great.

I would be greatful if somebody could tell me if its possible to make a
program to the K700 to also control XP Media Center 2005 in a PC.

I also wonder what kind of operating system K700 has. I cant find out in any
product spec site if its Symbian og PocketPC or anything else.
