when there were first available in our out of the USA.

Have you ever used Google? It can find all sorts of things:
And then there's the wayback machine, which might have some older bits

You're not doing it right
Entering 'P800+review' (without the quotes) into Google turned up quite
a few links. Including:
These contain US prices. It looks as if the Google search throws up
plenty of European, Asian and Australian reviews too, some of which
should include prices at the time of release.
